ORDERS & SHIPPING

If any product you receive is damaged or faulty you must inform us directly emailing to info@mojia.co.uk. Mojia facial devices can be returned, within (a) 30 days of the date of purchase should the product be faulty. In this case it will need to be (b) adequately established between Mojia Ltd. and the customer, the device requires replacement. Proof of purchase (c) will need to be presented to Mojia Ltd. Upon (d) approval of the return, Mojia Ltd. will issue (e) a return authorisation (RA) number. A requirement of the replacement is (f) the return of the product is to be sufficiently packaged to avoid damage to the packaging in transit, and must (g) contain its full product packaging, (h) including device, (i) user manual, and (j) USB cable. Photos (k) must be sent to Mojia Ltd. to demonstrate the return includes the original product packaging, all original accessories, and the return is sufficiently packaged before transit. Mojia Ltd. will then (i) arrange for the pickup of the device, and when (m) the courier has collected the parcel, and Mojia Ltd. has (n) received confirmation the return has left the customer, Mojia Ltd. will then (o) arrange the despatch of the replacement, for the next working day.  Mojia Ltd. will (p) pay for shipping to return the parcel, and (q) will pay to ship a replacement, to a region (r) within the vicinity of the original shipping address.    All Mojia devices must be charged for 24 hours before first use. Failure to do this may damage your device and void warranty. Mojia comes with a 1 year warranty.

Warranty-

Mojia products should only be purchased directly from us or an authorised seller.

Our warranty or return policy does not apply if purchased elsewhere.

Mojia is committed to the quality of its products and each Mojia device is tested thoroughly for quality and performance. Mojia products are covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of your original purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse; misuse; improper care, neglect, or storage; unauthorised modification or alteration; normal wear and tear.

The warranty is registered with the individual who placed the order and may not be transferred to a third party. Activation of the warranty must be made by the initial purchaser of the goods.

If you need to use your warranty, please email at info@mojia.co.uk and attach your original receipt or invoice to the given address.

If we confirm a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, (i) replace your device with a new device; (ii) replace your device with a refurbished device; (iii) send your device to the manufacture for repair.

If we find the defect of your device is not covered under the warranty, you will be notified of the alternatives available and applicable costs.

If we find that your device is not defective, we will notify you to arrange for return of your device. Return cost will be your responsibly.

 Return post for warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Change of mind-

Please note that if you change your mind we can only accept returns: • within 7 days after product is delivered. • if the product is still in its original sealed and unopened packaging and in a re-saleable condition, enclosing your proof of purchase. Mojia is not responsible for the return delivery cost or any other charges that might be applicable,  that is the responsibility of the customer. Once your request has been confirmed you will be given instructions on the procedures. For returns where a refund is applicable, a refund will be issued within 21 business days once the product is received. When you  purchase from Mojia you acknowledge and accept the terms & conditions herein. Terms & conditions are subject to change without notice

Once your order is in the processing stage we are not able to cancel it. You can return your package within 14 days after you have received it. The package must be unopened.

Please note that return costs are to be covered by the purchaser and not by Mojia Ltd.

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 2 – 5 business days.

Depending on which country, you may be subject to additional taxes, duties, customs, once the order reaches its destination. As Mojia Ltd has no control over these charges, you must cover the cost of any additional fees. Please check your country’s policy. 

Note: If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for payment of any applicable fees, duties and taxes on all returns and will be billed to the method of payment you used. 

Mojia uses both UPS and DHL as the preferred shipping method.
