Returns & Warranty

Feipushi x Mojia microcurrent facial device can be returned, within (a) 30 days of the date of purchase should the product be faulty. In this case it will need to be (b) adequately established between Mojia Ltd. and the customer, the device requires replacement. Proof of purchase (c) will need to be presented to Mojia Ltd. Upon (d) approval of the return, Mojia Ltd. will issue (e) a return authorisation (RA) number. A requirement of the replacement is (f) the return of the product is to be sufficiently packaged to avoid damage to the packaging in transit, and must (g) contain its full product packaging, (h) including device, (i) user manual, and (j) USB cable. Photos (k) must be sent to Mojia Ltd. to demonstrate the return includes the original product packaging, all original accessories, and the return is sufficiently packaged before transit. Mojia Ltd. will then (i) arrange for the pickup of the device, and when (m) the courier has collected the parcel, and Mojia Ltd. has (n) received confirmation the return has left the customer, Mojia Ltd. will then (o) arrange the despatch of the replacement, for the next working day.  Mojia Ltd. will (p) pay for shipping to return the parcel, and (q) will pay to ship a replacement, to a region (r) within the vicinity of the original shipping address.   

Feipushi x Mojia comes with a guaranteed, 1 year warranty.  Should a warranty claim need to be processed after the first 30 days of purchase, the above steps from A-Q must be followed completely.
